Why we exist
Potential is everywhere. Proof is not.
Students are asked to prove themselves before they have been given meaningful opportunities. Employers need capacity, but traditional hiring can be expensive and uncertain. Institutions need more ways to connect learning with real work.
Twenties brings those needs into one carefully structured experience. Not by treating students as cheap labour, and not by treating employers as project donors. The work must be useful. The learning must be real. The evidence must mean something.
